This draft describes how Mail This handles information when you prepare, purchase, and track a physical mailing.

Information we process

We process contact and account information, sender and recipient postal addresses, letter text and uploaded documents, order and payment status, mailing selections, tracking events, support communications, and basic security and service logs.

How we use information

We use information to create previews, calculate prices, process orders, produce and deliver mail, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud and duplicate orders, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share only the information needed with payment processors, address-verification services, print-and-mail providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, and security or support vendors. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Mail This.

Retention

Letter contents and uploaded files are retained only as long as needed to preview, fulfill, support, and document the mailing, then deleted or de-identified according to our retention schedule. Order, transaction, security, and compliance records may be kept longer where required.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing privacy@bridg.sh. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that the law requires us to keep.

Security and changes

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
