These terms govern your use of Mail This to prepare, purchase, and track physical mailings.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, review the final document and addresses, and have the legal right to send all submitted content. You may not use Mail This for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or dangerous activity, or to send prohibited materials.

Approval and payment

Before purchase, we show the document, destination, mailing service, and total price. Your approval authorizes that specific order. Any material change requires a new draft, price, and approval. Taxes or legally required charges may be included in the displayed total.

Production, delivery, and tracking

Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees. Postal carriers and third-party production services may experience delays outside our control. Tracking events come from those providers and may not update in real time.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before an order enters production. After production begins, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Mail This caused a fulfillment error. Contact support@bridg.sh promptly.

Disclaimers and liability

Mail This is a mailing service, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for deadlines, legal sufficiency, and determining whether a mailing method satisfies applicable notice requirements.
