Your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Do not email payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order before it is submitted for production. Once production begins, postage and production costs are generally non-refundable. If we make an error or a mailing fails before acceptance by the carrier, contact support and we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
